Technical Parameter

Relevant German standards pose stringent requirements on medical air conditioners. Jenvin complies with all VDI 6022-1 and DIN 1946-4 requirements, and features class A fire protection. The plate is IPX5 rated, which can effectively guarantee the insulation performance. The bottom frame of unit adopts overall coating. The interior is flat and easy to , and dust is not easy to accumulate. The high-density closed-hole microbial inert sealing material prevents bacteria breeding. The external sheet metal is fully sprayed with electrostatic powder, and the coating thickness is 80 pm. The internal sheet metal is sprayed or uses stainless steel. The fan or drive that will produce belt wear to reduce air quality does not exist.

The access door adopts overall foam molding to achieve high strength and small deformation and double knife edge sealing to avoid leakage: it is also provided with a special safe pressure relief device to ensure safety performance of the access door.

The heat exchanger is designed by using professional AHRI-certified models to ensure performance consistency between the selected model and real device. The coil is integrated with quality RoHS-certified copper tubes and unique corrugated aluminum fins through the advanced mechanical expansion tube process. The coil passes air tightness test before delivery to ensure no leakage.
