Standard AHU

Standard comfort type AHUs support the filter, cooling coil, and fan sections. By installation method, they can be classified into floor type units and ceiling type units. Floor type units are further divided into horizontal type (7 models) and vertical type (1 model), and the air volume ranges from 2000 to 50,000 CMH. Ceiling type units cover conventional type, jet type, heat recovery type, fresh air type, cool warehouse special type, and industrial large space special type, and the air volume ranges from 1000 to 10,500 CMH. Standard units are widely used in common comfort type places such as shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, supermarkets, factories, workshops, stadiums, and departure lounges.

Patented Labyrinth Box

» The cabinet panel adopting overall foam molding technology is surrounded by an aluminum alloy profile frame with concave and convex grooves. When installed; it forms a labyrinth sealing structure in tenon form; with the concave and convex modules interlocked. Fastened by bolts and embedded nuts; a labyrinth-type sealing cabinet with strong torsion resistance is formed. The mechanical strength rating of the cabinet can reach AHRI1350 CD4 and air leakage rating can reach AHRI1350 CL1 (1/66 of the value as required by national standard).

Intelligent Integrated Control

Efficient Heat Exchanger and Checker

» The coil is integrated with quality RoHS-certified copper tubes and unique corrugated aluminum fins through the advanced mechanical expansion tube process. The coil passes air tightness test before delivery to ensure no leakage. The heat exchanger is designed using the professional model selection software certified by AHRI to ensure that model parameters are consistent with performance of the actual heat exchanger and the heat exchanger can address model selection requirements of customers in different operating conditions.
